Bathroom and bedroom

This bathroom had two existing doors. We removed one door and turned the other into a pocket door, maximizing the space. We created a spa-like walk-in rain and hand shower with a sliding glass door and added a built-in niche. No detail was overlooked here. The natural pebble mosaic tile carries through the entire bathroom floor into the. shower and the shower walls are adorned with vertically stacked ceramic tile, drawing the eye up in the small space. We finished the room with brass hardware, designer lighting fixtures, and a beautiful whitewash vanity with storage.

Kitchen and living area

Ceramic blue tile with slate gray grout was installed in the kitchen, adding vibrance to the previously dark space. Black countertops were swapped out for an extended white quartz countertop, which added enough counter space for a counter stool. All new appliances were purchased to make the apartment appealing and modern to sellers and renters. Designer globe lighting and recessed lighting were added to brighten up the space.
