As a full-service interior design firm, our mission is to oversee every aspect to guarantee a stress-free path toward your exquisite result. We have cultivated a process that not only maximizes the depth of our interactions, enabling us to fully grasp your vision, but also minimizes the time we encroach upon your schedule, allowing you to concentrate on your highest priorities...

  • Our brief discovery call (usually 30 minutes or less) allows us to connect and understand the scope of your interior design project. This call lays the foundation for our work together - ensuring we’re the best fit for your project’s requirements, scope, budget, and timeline. Towards the end of the call, we’ll set next steps to move your project forward.

  • During a paid consultation, we’ll discuss your design scope, taking note of your goals, ideas, needs, and requirements for your project. We walk through your project in person and onsite - making notes of your space and layout. We’ll note your home’s unique attributes - such as your sunlight, flow, and functionality. We’ll take photos and discuss your design styles, budget, and timeline. This is how we develop your project’s unique proposal, estimate, and timeline. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have about what it’s like to work with us.

  • We’ll deliver a proposal with your project’s investment estimate, timeline, and services. You’ll sign and deliver your initial design fee payment.

  • Prior to this meeting, we will document your space thoroughly and conduct a trade day to determine the feasibility of the design and get ballpark estimates. At our meeting, we will present initial ideas, sketches, and mood boards based on the information we gathered during your consultation. This is a collaborative session to ensure we’re aligned on your vision and goals for your space.

  • During this meeting, we will deliver your final design plan, inclusive of material selections, furniture selections, floor plans, and elevations. We will discuss timelines, budget, and next steps. This is an opportunity to provide any final points of feedback and request any adjustments.

  • We communicate details to vendors and trades. We place orders, track deliveries, and resolve deficiencies. If the project requires a build or renovation, we offer project management. We oversee and coordinate deliveries. We will install all furnishings and decor for your big reveal.

  • We follow up on any outstanding items. We see the punch list and all details through to completion. We provide our care guide to maintain your new furnishings and finishes.
